Davenport Jail got broken into

Sometime Wednesday Aug 12th the jail door was forced open with crowbar. A neighbor, George, phoned to let me know the door was open and the lock was damaged. George borrowed two locks from his girlfriend and secured the inside cell doors to protect the museum displays.
The next morning, a friend, and I went to inspect the damage. Other than the door and a few rusted penny's on the jail floor, nothing was damaged. The jail is non-functional as a jail, but is being used as a museum.
